Ways to Pay Your Rent
1 By Direct Debit
This is the most efficient and convenient way to pay your account - no cheques to write, no cash to handle, no postage or queuing.
Payments are collected from your Bank of Building Society account on or just after the fifteenth of the month.
You are free to cancel at any time and we will let you know at least 14 days in advance of any changes, giving you total control over the amounts collected.
Your interests are fully protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. You are guaranteed an immediate refund in the unlikely event of an error.
Banks and Building Societies may not accept Direct Debit instructions from some types of account. If in doubt, please contact your Bank or Building Society.
Please ring 01245 613017 for a Direct Debit form.
2 Using this website
You can make payments using the BillPay website. Please have your debit or credit card details and rent reference ready. The BillPay website will guide you through the process. If you have any problems, contact CHP's Income Management team on 01245 613017.
