Our Quality of Life team was the first of its kind in the eastern region. Set up in April 2003 the team works closely with residents to improve your community and deals with:

  • tenancies and estates
  • antisocial behaviour and nuisance
  • involving residents
  • developing communities.

The team has significantly improved the quality of life for our customers. More face-to-face contact and estate patrols by Estate Rangers allow the team to address the real problems residents face. The team works closely with local partners and has developed a multi-agency information-sharing protocol called the Safer Estates Agreement.

In partnership with residents and with a revised resident involvement strategy, the team extended the opportunities for resident involvement. We now have approximately 10% of residents involved.
