Terms and conditions

  • Tenants, Leaseholders and Shared Owners must apply to join the scheme using the Premierplus application form.
  • Tenants, Leaseholders and Shared Owners must meet the membership criteria to join Premierplus and will be suspended if they no longer qualify.
  • CHP reserves the right to change terms and conditions and membership criteria of the scheme. Details of any changes will be in CHP's tenants and leaseholders magazine. Members can get up-to-date terms and conditions by asking for a copy of the Premierplus policy and procedure.
  • CHP reserves the right to change the rewards on offer and the contractors supplying them giving residents one month's notice through the tenants and leaseholders magazine.
  • CHP is not responsible or liable for any product or service provided by a third-party supplier. These products and services are subject to that supplier's terms and conditions.
  • It will take up to ten working days to deal with your application. Members can cancel their membership at any time.
  • Only one Premierplus membership per household.
  • A list of competition winners is available on request.
