The Benefits
Prize competitions - We will organise a range of prize competitions throughout the year. Prizes range from holidays, to tickets for concerts or sporting events, garden makeovers and electrical goods. Only premierplus plus members will be allowed to enter.
Premierplus discount card - The discount card entitles members to discounts in retail outlets and leisure attractions across UK. Further discounts will also be regularly published in our tenants' magazine, Your Home. Discounts are available to premierplus discount card holders.
Garage priority - Members of premierplus plus will have priority over non-members and owneroccupiers in applying for renting garages.
DirectDebtplus - If you are a premierplus plus member and register to pay your rent by direct debit on the 1st of the month, you will be able to enter extra competitions to win vouchers.
Handypersonplus - There may be times when you need little jobs doing around your home. Premierplus plus members will have access to a handyperson to carry out these jobs for a fixed fee. All work carried out by the handyperson will carry a guarantee.
SpaceSaverplus - If you are moving from a family home to a home with fewer bedrooms and are a premierplus plus member, you have the choice to get extra help and assistance with the move.
HomeImprovementplus - Premierplus plus members will be the first to benefit from planned modernisation and improvement works. If you are a member, CHP will replace and possibly upgrade items. If you are not a member, items will only be repaired.
Nominate a neighbour - We will run regular competitions to allow residents to nominate neighbours for 'hearts of gold' awards. The winners will receive flowers and champagne in recognition of their contribution in helping others.
Member magazine - CHP will produce a regular magazine outlining the benefits and competitions within premierplus plus and providing a range of new lifestyle information of interest to all.
Golden Goodbye - On leaving their property, members can qualify for a £100 Golden Goodbye by meeting basic criteria.
Repairsplus - We have fixed charges for most common chargeable repairs and these are split into three price bands: £25, £50 and £75. Premierplus plus members have the opportunity to pay for chargeable repairs after the work has been carried out. Non-members will have to pay for the work in advance. Premierplus plus members will also find a voucher for £25 towards a chargeable repair in this welcome pack.
