To join the premierplus reward scheme you must be able to answer yes to all the following:
- My rent has been paid for at least eight weeks.*
- There are no unresolved complaints about the condition of my property.
- I don't owe CHP any money.*
- There are no breaches of my tenancy (for example there are no Antisocial Behaviour Orders against you or anyone in your household).
You must apply to be part of the scheme.
*If you owe CHP any money from rent or service charges you can still join the premierplus by agreeing a payment you can afford and keeping to it for a minimum of 12 weeks. Please ask your local Income Coordinator.
