We pride ourselves on being a customer-focused organisation and we take our customer services very seriously. We encourage you to comment on the service you receive from us to help us make continuous improvements. Our dedicated Customer Service team is split into two areas: a team of Customer Service Assistants, based at our Chelmsford town centre office Atholl House, to take face-to-face enquiries; and our Customer Service Advisors, based in our Service Centre, to take enquiries by telephone.
