Customer Service Centre

Our Customer Service Centre is there to answer your telephone queries at the first point of contact. Our customers have made over 60,000 calls to us and we know that you will probably prefer to get in touch with us in this way, especially when you want a repair done.
When you call the Customer Service Centre on the freephone repairs line, the advisers will log the repair and make an appointment while you are on the telephone for the work to be done. When the service centre is not open you can report emergency repairs to our out-of-hours repairs service using the same freephone number.
Our staff are also trained to deal with other queries you may have such as your rent account balance, paying your rent by credit or debit card, reporting antisocial behaviour, information about the allocation of our houses, applying to join our the premierplus reward scheme and other housing issues. For this information you should call our general enquiry number listed below. The Service Centre aims to answer 85% of your queries when you call them. If they cannot answer your query, they will try to put you through to the most appropriate person to help.
