Full Steam Ahead!

CHP launches the 'premierplus' reward scheme with founder members at Colne Valley Railway.

The new premierplus scheme for CHP's loyal customers says thank you to those who take good care of their home, pay their rent on time and don't behave antisocially. In return they'll benefit from a whole range of superior services, money saving discounts, and exclusive competitions.

Operational staff at CHP spend roughly 80% of the time dealing with about 20% of tenants because of tenancy breaches. "For a long time, our customers have been saying that it's not fair that it's the bad payers and nuisance neighbours that get all our attention," said Lynne Foster, Operations Director and pioneer of the scheme at CHP. "Premierplus will redress this balance and reward the silent majority by giving them access to better services."

"The scheme is highly revolutionary - for a long time people have stressed the importance of being treated equally yet this scheme is actually differing between tenants. We argue that all our customers have equal opportunity to keep to terms of contract and it's really about us all working together. CHP provides the services and those residents who pay promptly will be entitled to an enhanced service."

CHP has already received over 2000 applications from tenant's wishing to sign-up. Approximately fifty founder members have been picked at random and invited to the launch event. The launch will comprise a sparkling wine reception and 3-course silver service lunch aboard the 1st Class Pullman Steam train whilst it travels along the Colne Valley railway.
