As one of the first RSL's to be granted an anti-social behaviour injunction and exclusion order; along with achieving a possession order, employing a new anti-social behaviour team and investing in two PC support offices - cracking down on Anti-social behaviour is a reality at CHP.

The injunction recently issued by County Court will exclude an abusive tenant from areas of their local neighbourhood, preventing them from causing disturbance. CHP was also granted a possession order to remove these disruptive tenants from their home.

CHP's has a new anti-social behaviour team will be cracking down on any of its tenants disrupting local neighbourhoods. This team of three will be working closely with the new PC support officers to identify and evidence reports of antisocial behaviour.

Andrea O' Callaghan, CHP's Quality of Life Team Leader said: "these actions should enforce the message that we will not tolerate proven anti-social behaviour from any of our tenants."
