How We Perform

We are focused on our performance to help achieve our business:

  • Vision
  • Values
  • Objectives.

A performance framework is in place to ensure the business remains focused on the overall vision and values and works towards and meets the overall business objectives.

The performance framework is an integral part of our business planning cycle:

  • Business Plan (known as the Corporate Plan) - a five-year plan reviewed annually, which contains the business vision, values and objectives
  • Operational Plans - key objectives and actions for each service area to achieve within realistic timescales and linked to the overall business objectives. These are reviewed annually
  • Personal Development Plans - appraisal of individual staff performance and impact and contribution to business objectives. These are reviewed twice a year.

This framework sets out the key performance measures we use to manage our service delivery and ensure we focus on outcomes.

  • Service reviews (Best Value)
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Service user and staff surveys
  • Internal and external audit
  • Benchmarking.

This is who we report to:

  • Annual reporting to the Housing Corporation
  • Quarterly reporting to our Board and Committees

 

There are three levels of accessibility under the Web Accessibility Initiative - "A", "AA" and "AAA". It is intended that all pages on the Chelmer Housing Partnership website will conform to at least Priority 2 "AA" rating.
