Governance
Our Board of Management currently comprises of tenants elected by a ballot of all tenants, council members nominated by Chelmsford Borough Council and independent members recruited through open advertisement and selection based on their commitment, expertise and experience.
The Board is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of CHP, the management of our resources and how we carry out services. The Board has appointed the following Committees:
- Audit Committee
- Resources Committee
- Development Committee
- Operations Committee
- Membership and Appointments Committee
- Appraisal and Remuneration Committee.
The Board and the Committees can set up time-limited working groups to examine issues in more detail before reporting.
Become a member of the company
If you're interested in the future of CHP and would like to be involved in decision making become a shareholding member. We are looking to recruit both tenant (including leaseholders) and independent members of the company. If you're interested complete the appropriate application form and return to Bobbie Charlick, Assistant Company Secretary.
CHP's Executive Management Team is responsible to the Board of Directors through the Chief Executive for the delivery of CHP's Business Plan.
There are four members of the Executive Management Team:
- Stuart Stackhouse, Chief Executive
- Lynne Foster, Operations Director
- David Cotterill, New Business Director
